Classes will be held in five 3 hour sessions on Zoom. There will be 1 in person theory review and tasting session prior to examination date.

Yes, but you must sit for the exam at one of our exam locations, San Francisco or Boston.

No, but we will provide you will a suggested tasting list and guide you through tasting in class.
